Dehydrated onion and garlic move on long ocean in a dry container, and the trade concentrates heavily in Southeast Asia, the Americas and Africa — Indonesia and Brazil are the two largest destinations for Indian dehydrated onion. Fresh fruit and vegetables are a different problem, quoted only where the lane genuinely works. Regions are ordered below by where that trade actually goes, not by where it sounds impressive to claim.
