Free samples. You cover the courier.
Two to three kilos of dehydrated onion, garlic, potato flakes, spinach or carrot, free of material cost, so you can put it through your own lab and your own line before anyone talks about a container.
Why we ask you to pay the freight
Because it is the honest version of the offer. A courier to most destinations is USD 35–60, and a buyer who is genuinely evaluating a supplier does not hesitate over it. We would rather put the material budget into sending you the right cut than into shipping parcels to addresses that never reply.
If you would rather not pay us anything at all, send your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and we will bill the freight straight to it. That is the arrangement most established buyers prefer anyway.
Four steps, about two weeks
Tell us the specification
Product, cut or mesh, maximum moisture, and what the material has to do in your process. If you are not sure, describe the application and we will suggest a starting cut.
We confirm what is achievable
We place the requirement with a processing partner and come back in writing. If your spec cannot be met we tell you then, not after you have paid freight.
You arrange the courier
Your own account number, or we quote the freight and you settle it. Material cost is ours either way.
Evaluate, then decide
No obligation. If it suits your line, we quote FOB India or CIF your named port against the same specification the sample was made to.
Before you ask, so there are no surprises
We are a new exporter and we say so plainly. Our registrations — IEC, APEDA RCMC, FSSAI, ISO 9001:2015 and TPCI — are real and independently verifiable, and the certificates are on the site. What we do not have yet is a list of completed international shipments.
A sample is the cheapest way for you to find out whether that matters. You are judging the material, not our history.
Sample requests, answered
Is the sample really free?
The material is free, up to 2-3 kg. You pay the courier, which is typically USD 35-60 to most destinations depending on weight and country. We ask for that because it is the one thing that separates a buyer evaluating a spec from a request we cannot act on.
Can you ship on my courier account?
Yes, and most buyers prefer it. Send us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and we will bill the freight to it directly. Nothing is charged to you by us in that case.
How long does it take?
Usually 7-14 working days from the point the specification is agreed. Export documentation for a sample parcel is lighter than a commercial shipment, but it is not instant, and a food sample can be held at your border for inspection.
What quantity do I get?
2-3 kg per product as standard, which is enough for a lab check and a small plant trial. If you need more for a line trial, say so and we will quote that separately rather than refuse.
Can I get samples of more than one product?
Yes. Onion, garlic and the dehydrated vegetables all ship dry, so they can travel in one parcel. Ask for the cuts you actually want to evaluate.
Why do you ask for a specification before sending?
Because otherwise we would be sending you a random cut. Dehydrated onion alone comes in kibbled, chopped, flakes, granules and powder, and powder comes in several meshes. A sample of the wrong material tells you nothing useful about whether we can supply you.
Do I have to buy after taking a sample?
No. There is no obligation. If the material does not suit your line we would rather know at the sample stage than after a container is booked.
