Dehydrated carrot, chopped and powder, from India
Cut size is a commercial term on dehydrated carrot, not a detail. It decides rehydration, appearance and what fills a container.

Dehydrated carrot is specified by cut before anything else. Dices, chopped, flakes and powder are different products with different rehydration behaviour, and a soup plant wanting visible orange pieces needs something quite unlike a seasoning blender wanting dispersion.
Colour is the second parameter. Carrot holds its colour well compared with leafy material, but drying conditions still matter, and buyers selling a visible product usually want the shade agreed rather than assumed.
Like the rest of the dehydrated range, the cargo is light relative to its volume. A container of diced carrot fills before it weighs out, so pack format belongs in the commercial conversation rather than being treated as packaging detail.
This is a secondary line for us. Dehydrated onion and garlic are where the desk has its depth. We quote carrot where the specification is achievable and we will say so if it is not.
Dry container, no cold chain. Cubes out before it weighs out in diced and chopped formats.

FAQ
What cut sizes are available?
Dices, chopped, flakes and powder are all possible. The right one depends on whether the piece should be visible in the finished product and how quickly it has to rehydrate. Tell us the application and we will advise on the cut to start from.
Does dehydrated carrot keep its colour?
Better than leafy vegetables, but drying conditions still affect the result. If the shade matters to your product, specify it at enquiry rather than after the lot is made.
How much fits in a container?
Less by weight than you would expect. Diced and chopped carrot is bulky, so the box cubes out before it reaches payload. Quote on pack and volume rather than tonnage alone.
Can carrot ship with an onion or garlic order?
Yes. All three are dehydrated, shelf-stable and ship dry, so they can share a booking. Tell us the cut and pack for each and we will quote them together.
Is carrot a core line for you?
No. Dehydrated onion and garlic are the core lines. Carrot is quoted as a secondary dehydrated vegetable. We would rather tell you where our depth actually is.
